Conservatorship

When an individual is no longer able to manage their financial affairs or is vulnerable to undue influence by others due to a disability, illness or life circumstance, legal protections may have to be put in place to keep that person safe. A conservator is a person appointed by the Probate Court to oversee the financial or personal affairs of an adult. We can manage the following for you:

  • Conservator of the Estate – supervises financial affairs, including caring for property, managing bank accounts and ensuring the safe handling of the person’s income

Administrator & Trustee of Estates

A trustee acts as the legal owner of trust assets, and is responsible for handling any of the assets held in trust, tax filings for the trust, and distributing the assets according to the terms of the trust. We work with families to manage task below:
