My name is Reginald Finno I was born and raised in the Bronx in New York City

I am a retired law enforcement officer for a major city in the State of Connecticut

I served and protected the citizens for more than 16 years.

In the year 2015, I started a Fiduciary and Conservatorship business called Connecticut Fiduciary Services. Where I service clients from the State of Connecticut Probate Court as well as private clientele. 

I have been called upon to investigate complaints such as Benefits, Elderly Financial Fraud, Elderly Physical, emotional, or psychological Abuse, Financial Exploitation, health care Fraud, and abuse. For the Department of Social Services Elderly Protection Division.  

I have been through a rigorous background investigation and audits with the United States Government (Social Security Administration) as well as for the State of Connecticut (Probate Court Administration) where I remain approved and in good standing.
